Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of templates, applications, and related products (“Products”) offered by Chakor Software (“Chakor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Types
Chakor offers three types of licenses for its templates and applications:

a. Open Source Template License
Templates under this license follow the MIT License, granting rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and sell copies of the template.

b. Individual Commercial Template License
This license allows the use of the template for personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing in any form is strictly prohibited.

c. Developer Commercial Template License
This license permits the use of the template for personal, internal business purposes, or for applications developed for third-party clients. Redistribution of the template itself outside of these purposes is prohibited.

2. Usage Rights
The license purchased dictates your permitted usage rights.Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of templates without explicit written permission from Chakor is prohibited.Any unauthorized use may result in license termination without refund.

3. Fees and Payment
Each template under the Individual Commercial Template License is subject to a one-time fee.Each template under the Open Source Template License is provided free of charge. Some Products may include additional paid plugins or integrations, which are available separately under either a one-time fee or recurring subscription. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Open Source License Provisions
Templates provided under the Open Source Template License are subject to the MIT License. Users may freely use, copy, modify, and distribute these templates, provided that copyright and permission notices are included in all copies.

5. Warranty and Liability
Chakor provides all Products on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chakor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Products.Users assume all responsibility for ensuring that templates and applications meet their requirements.

6. Amendments
Chakor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our Products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
